C&B and Snake River are sister brands under AFG Trailer Group, both built in Caldwell, Idaho. If you have been comparing the two and struggling to find daylight between them, that is why — the catalogues overlap heavily across dump, flatbed, tilt and utility, and they are held to the same standard.
The practical difference is availability and options rather than quality. Tell us what the trailer has to do and we will look across both ranges rather than talking you into whichever badge happens to be on the lot.
Common C&B questions
Same manufacturer group, different badge. Both are built in Caldwell, Idaho under AFG Trailer Group, and the working ranges overlap almost completely. We treat them as one catalogue when we are matching a trailer to a job — see our Snake River page for the other half of it.
On a standard tilt the whole deck pivots, so the whole deck has to be clear to load. C&B’s Low-Deck Split Tilt keeps the front section fixed and tilts only the rear — you can leave a load strapped on the stationary front while loading something else up the back. It is the more useful trailer if you routinely carry two things at once.
No — C&B sells through dealers, which is why we carry the line. We handle the ordering, the paperwork, and the service afterwards.
Not usually — our stocked C&B units are the working range. Maverick (horse and stock), Big 10 (enclosed cargo) and Royal T (horse) are order-in. Ask us and we will find out what is available and how long it will take.
