If we can draw it, we can build it
Our shop handles aluminum and steel fabrication, custom design, and structural work, all in the same six bays that take on service and insurance repair. That means the people who fix trailers are the same people who build the parts that go on them, so every piece is shaped with real-world use in mind.
The process starts with raw material and ends with something ready to bolt on. A sheet of diamond plate goes on the floor, gets cut on the shear, formed, welded, and comes out as a rack, a ramp, a partition, or a whole trailer body. Whatever the job calls for, we have the tools and the space to see it through from first cut to final weld.
Most of what we build gets fitted to a trailer somebody already owns. Bring yours in and tell us what it has to do. From the simplest add-on to the most involved custom build, we will look it over and give you a straight answer on how we can make it happen.

A sample of our work
A deck rack, from flat stock. This one started as sheets of aluminum diamond plate on the shop floor. Cut on the shear, formed, welded, and fitted to a Featherlite gooseneck as a full-length deck rack — walkway, safety rail, and an integrated rear ladder so there is a proper way up.
A Divider That Needed to Fit. The only option on this trailer was to haul with dividers latched in place, but the owner wanted to be able to close the doors with the dividers open as well. We fabricated the divider so it could remain solid when latched as well as fold to open and lay flat for travel.
Shelving built to the load. A delivery body fitted with fabricated aluminum shelving sized to what it carries, roll-up doors over both bays, and a fold-down step. Nothing off a shelf — measured, cut, and welded for this one job.

Cut, formed, welded, and finished in our shop — aluminum or steel, painted if it needs it. We walk you through the finished work before it leaves, and we are here afterward if anything needs attention.
