Don Johnson sales is like walking into a family home. You are treated kindly and fairly. I bought my first trailer from Don Johnson when they were still in the lot across from the fairgrounds. The Johnsons were acquaintances with my Grandparents, I rode with Don’s daughters as a kid. This is a years long trusted family business. To make this purchase even better was realizing Sean is the son of a family that was on the same rural road my grandparents lived on. I knew his Dad growing up as I spent every summer in Walla Walla on a great dead end road named Newtown road. Ironically my Grandparents neighbors son Tom works there too. So really it was like buying from a trusted family friend. Sean was efficient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions or found the answers if he did not know. The transaction was smooth and fast. The new facility out on the old highway is simply beautiful. If you need a horse trailer. I highly recommend Don Johnson’s the trailer place. The new owners have kept the hometown feel. Stopped by to drool. Great trailers from Trails West and Featherlite here. Nice living quarters toyhaulers. Hated floor, boot dryer, some with the pass thru door near the front. The pics shared with my review are of my favorite on the lot unit just arrived. Go see Uriah for the most excellent tour. He's very patient and resourceful.

I bought this trailer in December right before Christmas parade for our business. Been a great trailer that is built well. This dealership knows what service means. From the amazing young man named Uriah who was my salesman to the lot tech that assisted in hooking the trailer up to the rest of them I spoke with that day. And the longhorn steers out front!! I’ll be back just to check them out again. Lol Retained this guy as a future customer.

I purchased a horse trailer from Don Johnson Sales in Walla Walla and had an outstanding experience working with Uriah. Living in Boise, most of our communication had to happen over the phone and through Facebook Marketplace. Uriah was courteous, professional, and transparent with pricing. He handled the negotiation with professionalism and respect, and we ultimately agreed on a fair price for the exact trailer and color I wanted. In my opinion, a fair deal is when both sides are happy with the terms, and that’s exactly how it felt. Once I got to Washington, I was offered coffee and water, did a walk-around inspection, hooked up the trailer to my truck, signed the paperwork, and was on my way home without any hassle or surprises. Smooth, straightforward, and exactly how buying equipment should be. As long as Don Johnson Trailers is around and Uriah is selling trailers, they’ve earned a customer for life.

Great experience! Purchase experience was excellent! Trailer was prepped well. All latch's lubed. Washed and ready to go! Trails beautifully behind the truck.
