Every Don Johnson Sales service plan is a 12-month active service contract. For the full term, your RV or trailer stays on our gated lot while we keep it serviced, inspected, and road-ready, with parking included as part of your active service agreement.
We pull it, service it, and return it to its space — you never lift a finger. Complete and Ultimate members skip the line with priority scheduling. Walla Walla’s family-run RV and trailer service experts since 1977.
Service plan FAQ
Every plan is a 12-month active service contract. Renew 30 days before your end date, or pick up your unit on or before it. Units left on the lot after the end date are charged $75 per day until they are picked up.
Essential covers the seasonal must-haves; Complete adds bearings, brakes, slide-outs and priority scheduling; Ultimate adds generator service and a yearly wash. Call 509-525-1111 and ask for the service plan team — they will match a level to your unit and how you use it.
Yes. You provide a certificate of insurance naming Don Johnson Sales Inc. as additional insured for the full term, sent to 8174 Old Highway 12, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
Plans are paid in full when the agreement is signed, by check, debit card or credit card. Credit cards carry a 3% service fee; debit cards and checks do not. No refunds are made on agreements ended early.
Yes. Gate-card entry to the gated, video-monitored lot, open 6am to 6pm daily. Only the unit on your agreement may be parked on the lot, in the space we assign.
Call the service department at 509-529-4509 to schedule. We pull your unit, do the work, and return it to its space; extra work is paid for when it is completed. Complete and Ultimate members get 10% off parts all year.
Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are made on service contracts voided early for any reason.
